With an MS in Health Informatics, you’ll become familiar with the tools to manipulate data and the data systems used to provide care, including electronic medical records, clinical decision support, lab, and imaging systems. With courses delivered from the College of Health Professions and the Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems, you’ll collaborate with master’s level Seidenberg students and other cohorts in the Health Informatics program.
This degree is specifically designed to prepare students to work at top institutions in the field, including Memorial Sloan Kettering, New York-Presbyterian, Columbia Medical Center, and New York University, as well as major pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer, Regeneron, and Bayer and Blue Cross and Blue Shield, United Health, Aetna, government entities, and non-profits.
