If I Cleaned Everything: An Exorcism

Two former high school sweethearts, ne鈥檈r-do-well musician Dan, and go-getter lawyer Nancy, are brought back together after a shared tragedy. The pair scratch at old wounds and hurl blames at each other over drinks, remembering why they fell in love, and why they could never hold onto it.

    Thomas James Boudreau is a multi-hyphenate artist who explores the complexities of human relationships and displays these findings in a raw and unfiltered way, regardless of form. He strives to be a mindful creator, who makes art for those who fall in between the cracks. As a playwright his works include If I Cleaned Everything, No Jacket, The Campaign, and Working. His work has been staged by the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, published in The Coachella Review, and developed by the Actors Studio Drama School. Boudreau earned his BA in English from MCLA and is currently pursuing his MFA in Playwriting at the Actors Studio Drama School. He is also a member of the Dramatist鈥檚 Guild.

    Dougie Robbins (AEA) is a queer director, choreographer, actor and deviser. Some of Dougie's favorite productions as an actor include Showboat, Man of LaMancha, RENT, Chicago, and A Chorus Line. Recently he played the role of Jodi in Steven Dietz's Lonely Planet. Favorite directing credits include A Steady Rain, Women and Wallace, Disney's The Little Mermaid, Peter Pan, Footloose and Joseph...Dreamcoat. Original works as a director include Flight Risk at the Gene Frankel, #hellisotherpeople, and The Owl Maker- where he devised the inclusion of indigenous song and dance with the actors of that play. A passionate educator, Dougie has had the privilege to teach in the SUNY Cortland, Syracuse University and Manhattan College theater programs. He has also taught and directed in Taiwan, where he passed on the knowledge of Jack Cole from his mentor Chet Walker. He is currently teaching jazz at Broadway Dance Center. Thank you Kevin and Cindy Halpin for putting me on this path years ago, Ben Wells for bringing me to the audition, and Uncle Marky for keeping me from giving up- all my love.     Samuel Frye (he/him) is a New York City-based actor originally from Winchester, Virginia. Coming from an undergraduate background in business, being a professional actor was a fever dream until deciding to move to New York to study Lee Strasburg鈥檚 鈥淢ethod鈥 and immerse himself in the theatre community. Recent theatre credits include Dirty Laundry (The Secret Theatre, The Tank), The Maker (Actors Studio Drama School), Serious As A Heart Attack (The Secret Theatre), The Bear (Actors Studio Drama School), and Fifth Planet (Actors Studio Drama School). Samuel is grateful to his family, friends, teachers, and all of the wonderful members of the theatre community who have continued to believe in and support him while he makes this fever dream a reality. When not on stage or screen, Samuel produces his own micro and short films with a specific focus on raising Mental Health Awareness and promoting Mental Health Wellness.

    Jean is an enthusiastic theatremaker born and raised in Connecticut, now based in New York City. She received a BA in Theatre Arts from Marymount Manhattan College. Favorite recent credits include Dead Air at The Connelly Theatre, #HellIsOtherPeople at New York Theatre Festival, and Chekhov鈥檚 The Bear and Fifth Planet at ASDS. When she is not telling stories on a stage, Jean can be found crafting a delicious meal for friends and family in the kitchen! She is very thankful for her time at the Actors Studio Drama School and for her teachers, mentors, friends, family, and parents' continued support. w her on Instagram
